Rental of Centrifuges in Australia

Background:

A Client focused on decentralized, home-based trials requried a special Centrifuge model to be imported and deployed to support a home-based study in Australia.

Challenge:

The project included identification of suitable equipment models with necessary documention, shipment/importation to Australia, and to provide the equipment through a leasing model that allows Client to use the Equipment as a Service. Project timelines required the deployment of the Centrifuge to be completed within a clearly defined deadline.

Meditrade’s solution:

The Procurement team of Meditrade identified a manufacturer with suitable Centrifuge models and -upon confirmation of the equipment by Client- arranged the shipment & handle all importation procedures until the equipment was delivered to the study location in Australia. Meditrade closely communicated bewteen Client and Equipment Manufacturer to ensure full transparency in the expected delivery date of the equipment, so that study activities can be aligned accordingly.

Meditrade leases the equipment to Client for a initation period of 12 month, and manages all aspect of equipment tracking, monitoring and maintenance until the equipment is no longer required for the study and returned.
